Mr. NICE GUY

i have never and i mean never dated the nice guy. the nice guy has always been my friend. never my lover. always the one i talk to when i am down. the one i can depend on. "Nice guys finish last". I understand whole-heartedly. but why is that. why do girls not give the sweet, caring, sometimes lame guy a chance. lol. well, i guess we find the flirty, cocky, player, arrogant guy more enticing. i see it too often. girls want the life of the party guy who breaks their heart not the guy who helps to mind the pieces. watching my friends and looking at my past i have seen the outcome of these guys>> EpIc FaIlUrE way too often. there is the jock who cant keep his jock on. the greek who (runs) trains not only when he is strolling. the drug dealer who wont let us in his life completely, for obvious reasons. the poet. the model. the skater-boi.the rapper....the list goes on and on. its really quite sad. well, im getting older and i have realized that the nice guy isn't so bad after all. im trying this new outlook called open mindedness :)
